About the event

Rise & Radiate is a one-time Earth Day wellness experience bringing together a conscious, health-focused community for two hours of movement, sound healing, and meaningful connection. The event features an energizing Flowtosynthesis session, immersive sound baths, and a curated social space designed for brand activations and authentic engagement.

We’re creating an intentional environment that celebrates embodiment, sustainability, and community — offering aligned brands the opportunity to connect with attendees through product sampling, experiential moments, and organic visibility.

I am a wellness entrepreneur and certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor with a professional background in mental health and addiction services. My career began in movement, teaching dance at a young age, before transitioning into the corporate mental health field, where I developed a strong understanding of behavioral health, community dynamics, and the impact of human connection on overall well-being.

This insight led me to found The Sati Society, a wellness platform designed to create intentional, high-quality community experiences that integrate movement, mindfulness, and meaningful social connection. Our events are curated to attract health-conscious, growth-oriented individuals who value both physical and emotional well-being.
