    Girleada NPC

Imagine a South Africa where young women are unstoppable forces for change. At Girleada NPC, that's the future we're building. We're a passionate non-profit tackling gender inequality head-on by empowering young women with leadership skills and the advocacy tools they need to become agents of change in their communities.
Our innovative programs, built on peer-to-peer learning, equip womxn to become agents of positive change. In just three short years, we've impacted over 500 hundred lives across Southern Africa. The results are clear: over 90% of our graduates take up leadership positions, and 93% of workshop participants reported a greater understanding of gender-based violence's impact on this movement.
We're not alone in this fight. Renowned organisations like the South Africa United States Alumni Connect (SAUSAC), the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, and powerhouse womxn leaders in the public and private sectors, such as Dr Judy Dlamini and the Actions of Hope GBV outreach project, all stand beside us.
Together, we're a force for good, and we invite you to join us.
